Gambling:

Gambling is a game in which player after paying the deposit can get in winning money, matters, or rights, if the game plan meets predetermined conditions. Result-break game depends solely or mainly from chance or from unknown in advances the outcome of certain circumstances or events. The result of circumstances or events that determines the outcome of a game-break may not be known in advance to anyone and everyone must be supple and not be contrary to the rules-break game. Participation in gambling is prohibited to anyone under 18 years. Operator-break game is to carry out the measures that such persons can not participate in gambling. Present legal framework in the Slovak Republic provides for the regulation of the availability of alcohol and tobacco in public outlets for minors under 18 years. Control the application of the prohibition of tobacco sales, cigarettes and alcohol (and the administration of alcohol) is the State Trade Inspection and sanction regime for traders who breach the prohibition on sales to minors. Higher binding of towns and cities in particular can be adjusted in terms of local time closing hours of restaurants, limited point of sale, etc.

Programs or other service components, which could endanger the physical, mental or moral development of minors or affect their mental health and emotional state, may not be broadcasted in time from 6.00 pm to 22.00 pm.On the basis of classification of programs according to age appropriateness of service broadcaster is obliged to protect minors to introduce and apply a uniform system of marking.

A uniform labeling system is a classification system for audiovisual works, sound recordings of performances, multimedia works and programs, or other components of service age appropriateness in terms of their unapproachable , suitability or unsuitability for age group of minors to 7, 12, 15 or 18 years. The operator of audiovisual technical equipment is required to ensure that audiovisual performances in the cinema or in any other publicly accessible area of the age appropriateness of the disclosure by the manufacturer or distributor of audiovisual works of audiovisual works.

h) in a common eating facilities, except those mass caterers which have a separate section for smokers,

i) in confectioneries and fast food establishments,

j) in the areas in which juveniles are in custody or in carrying out prison sentences.

Which restrictions are there if foreign young people want to work temporarily?

Labour Code says about limits to enter the employment that relate to the art. 32 of the Convention.

Capacity of natural persons in employment relations have rights and obligations as an employee of a character's own legal acts to acquire these rights and to take these obligations arise if there is further provided, the date when the individual turns 15 years of age, the employer may not agree as day to start work the day prior to the date when the individual ends compulsory schooling.

The work of natural persons under the age of 15 years of age or physical persons work more than 15 years to the end of compulsory schooling is prohibited. These individuals may perform light work, which by their nature, scope and endanger their health, safety, their further development or schooling only when

a) performing or fellowship at performance for cultural performances and art shows,

b) sporting events,

c) promotion activities.

Output light allows for the employer's request, the Labor Inspectorate, in agreement with the competent authorities of public health. The authorization shall determine the number of hours and conditions under which they may perform light work. The labor inspectorate shall withdraw approval if permit conditions are not respected.

The physical person that did not reach the age of 15 years may exceptionally take easy jobs that do not endanger his/her health, safety, future development or school attendance at performing or participating in cultural and art performances, sport and advertising activities by their character and extent. The physical persons that did not reach the age of 15 eyars are permitted to perform easy jobs by a relevant labour inspectorate after agreement with the occupational safety body. In the permit the number of hours and conditions under which the job can be done are defined.

The child has the right to apply for assistance with the social and legal child protection and social curatorship authority, other state authority, which, subject to special regulations (for example police), is competent to protect the rights and legally protected interests of the child, the facility, the municipality, the high territorial unit, the accredited entity, the school, the school facility, or the healthcare provider.All authorities, legal entities and natural persons, referred to in the first clause, shall be obliged to render immediate assistance to the child in protecting his or her life and health, take measures to ensure his/her rights and legally protected interests, also by mediating this assistance.This shall also apply where the child is unable to apply for assistance on its own, owing to age and mental development, and this is done through a third party.
